Twizz Cutter is an online marketplace that connects independent sellers (“Sellers”) and buyers (“Buyers”) for the sale and purchase of digital design products, including editable template links that can be used on third-party platforms such as Canva.
Marketplace role: Twizz Cutter acts as a platform provider and transaction facilitator. Unless explicitly stated, Twizz Cutter is not the creator, publisher, or owner of the digital products sold by Sellers.

Some features may require an account. We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law to use the Platform.
By listing products on Twizz Cutter, you represent and warrant that your listings and products:
Indemnity (key protection): You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Twizz Cutter from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your products, listings, or violations of these Terms.
We may remove listings, disable access, or suspend accounts if we believe content violates these Terms or applicable law. We may request proof of rights/licenses from Sellers at any time.
Purchases are for digital products and may be delivered via download or access link. You are responsible for ensuring you can access third-party services required to use a product (e.g., a Canva account).
The Platform and its software, branding, and content (excluding Seller Content) are owned by Twizz Cutter or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Sellers retain ownership of their products and listing materials. Sellers grant Twizz Cutter a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and market their listings for operating the marketplace.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Twizz Cutter may charge platform fees or commissions as displayed at the time of sale.
Escrow/hold: Escrow/hold: We may temporarily hold Seller payouts to manage fraud risk, disputes, chargebacks, refunds, or compliance checks.
Payout eligibility: Payout eligibility: Payouts may be delayed or withheld if we detect suspicious activity, policy violations, or pending disputes.
You are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations that apply to your transactions.
Because products are digital, refunds are limited and evaluated case-by-case.
Chargebacks may result in account limitations and payout holds.
The Platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment providers, analytics, or design platforms). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their terms and policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twizz Cutter and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Platform or any Seller content.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or harm the Platform or its users.
Certain provisions (such as intellectual property, indemnity, limitations of liability) survive termination.
We may modify the Platform and update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
